Friday morning we had absolutely gorgeous weather and the Woodstock Basebaseball team and myself took full advantage of it! It was 72 degrees and sunny in February! 😎 The group of 29 (4 coaches and 25 players) and i practiced being mindful with our movements and breath next to the sea to help prepare them for the games they were playing this weekend! A great group of young men! Thanks for a fun morning @woodstockbaseball
